Every project should start with a visit conducted at the property location to evaluate the existing conditions of the site and gather information about the client's needs, preferences, and goals.​
Feasibility Study
Based on the zoning and land use info, we analyze and evaluate the viability of the proposed project helping the owner chose the best option that fits their budget, and needs.
Design & Construction documents
It's time to begin the design process and prepare the construction documents, which consist of a set of detailed plans, calculations and specifications necessary to build from scratch or remodel an existing structure.

Permit Process & Approval
Finally, the permit process concludes with the submission of an application and all required construction documentation, followed by a review of plans & acquisition of the building permit.
